BIGWIG absolutely stole the show when they reappeared June of this year to destroy fans at this years Amnesia Rockfest in Quebec and have since continued their relentless efforts to remind audiences why their unique brand of melodic punk rock is more vital then ever. Performing numerous dates on the East Coast of the United States and throughout Canada, with more tours planned into 2015, BIGWIG‘s current live set draws heavily from their Kung Fu Records released sophomore album “Stay Asleep…“, featuring tracks like “Dent”, “1-800-Whipped”, “Flavor Ice”, “Friends”, “Sellout”, “Falling Down”, “Smile”, “Freegan”, and “Jerk”. The album remains both stylistically and melodically as resonate today as it was in 1999, if not more so! Being the classic it is, it at long last deserves to be treated to the timeless vinyl grooves and analog sound.
