With regards to
this, there are some changes you need to know about when ordering.
Q1.
I recently placed an order at the old Kung Fu Online Store. Will I receive
my order?
A1. Yes. All orders placed before Noon on July 14, 2004 were forwarded
to Merch.com to be filled. You should receive your order within two
weeks. If you placed an order AFTER July 14, 2004, you probably dreamed
it because the old store was shut down as of that time and date, making
it impossible for you to place an order directly through us.
Q2.
I recently sent my order through the mail. Will I receive my order?
A2. Yes. All orders received via US Postal Service were forwarded to
Merch.com for shipment. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Q3.
I just purchased a Kung Fu CD / DVD and it contained a catalog with
no reference to Merch.com. Can I still use this to place an order?
A3. Technically yes, but we don't suggest it. Like most companies, our
catalogs are outdated the moment a new item becomes available after
the catalog was printed. With all our various products released over
the last few years, we have probably tens of thousands of now-outdated
catalogs out there in the free world. If you use an old catalog to place
an order, your order will be delayed because we have to forward it to
Merch.com. We suggest using a late-20th century technique and ordering
your merch online, ensuring you get the latest merch available at the
correct prices and in a timely manner.
Q4.
Didn't Kung Fu used to have free shipping in the US?
A4. Yes. Now we don't. Merch.com will calculate shipping into all future
orders. Sorry kids, but shipping costs money, too.
